Getting used to your Blinkjoy
We want you to love your Blinkjoy product. Hundreds of customers have experienced exceptional dry eye relief from the Blinkjoy Moisture Retaining Sleep Mask, although sleeping with your mask may take some time to get used to. Particularly if you're not accustomed to sleeping on your back at night (our product is best for back sleepers).
We recommend wearing it at night for at least two weeks to comfortably fall asleep, and stay asleep, with your mask on. Make sure to fit the mask snugly around your head (not too loose, not too tight) and adjust the eyecups to rest comfortably over each eye. Apply drops or dry eye ointment to maximize nighttime hydration and set yourself up for restorative sleep.
If you experience severe dry eye, Blinkjoy can help. Even if your mask takes some getting used to, stick with it...your eyes will be happy you did.
How do returns work?
We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for all of our eye care products. If you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, we'll get you set up with a refund (minus original shipping costs) or an exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- Most of the time, we do not restock returned masks for sanitary reasons. We'll most likely ask you to donate your product to a friend or recycle it.
- Once we confirm your reason for refund, your original form of payment will be refunded in full.
- Unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable.
