Are your products FSA/HSA eligible?
Yes some of our products are eligible for FSA/HSA payments. Products that are eligible will have an option under the Payment section at checkout titled Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA. For more information about Flex payments you can visit their website at https://www.withflex.com/shop
Are your products considered medical devices?
While we regularly consult with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to ensure safety and efficacy, our products are not considered medical devices and have not been evaluated by the US FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Items will typically be shipped within 1-5 business days from when they are ordered. Shipping rates are based on weight.
For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of the courier, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, don’t worry! Please email us—we like to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with the carrier directly.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship in the United States and Canada.
