How to Use

With the MGD Care System, you can take control of your eye health from the comfort of home. Use daily or as directed by your eye care provider.

STEP 1 - PREPARE: Our Lid & Lash Cleanser is formulated with 0.02% Hypochlorous Acid and hydrating agents to purify and nourish delicate eyelid skin. Gently apply a small amount with eyes closed to hydrate and cleanse the eyelid skin to prepare for deeper cleansing.

STEP 2 - CLEANSE: Our Electric Eyelid Brush gently removes buildup, biofilm, and irritants from lash lines using soft silicone bristles and sonic vibration. Gently move the brush in lateral strokes from the inside of the lash margin outwards to achieve a deep and satisfying clean.

STEP 3 - HEAT: Finish your routine with our Rechargeable Heat Mask, delivering consistent therapeutic warmth to the eyelids. This step softens and melts hardened oils trapped in the meibomian glands, helping restore natural oil flow for healthier tears and lasting dry eye relief.

Great mask but please improve battery

I suffer from severe dry eye following SJS/TEN, and this mask has greatly improved my eye care routine. However, I noticed that very quickly after purchase, the lifetime of the battery has drastically reduced. At first I was able to get 3-4 uses before a charge, but now it can barely go one use. For a mask this expensive, it would be great if the battery was more robust.

A bumpy ride but overall a great product

After inconsistent use with one of the rice masks that require heating in the microwave, I decided to buy the Blinkjoy. I was intrigued that I could keep it next to my bed and use it whenever my heart desired (rather than have to go downstairs, warm it up, find a place to use it, etc.).

The Blinkjoy came quickly, and I was excited to use it. It is comfortable and provided great warmth right where I needed it. I appreciate the ability to adjust the heat settings (unlike the rice mask which would go from unbearably hot to tepid very quickly). However, after a few uses, I noticed it would not turn on.

I plugged it in with my cell phone charger and went on my way. But then it would not turn on. I did a lot of research and kept seeing reports that a light should come on when it's charging. Hmmm, no light. I tried another charger. No luck.

I ended up emailing customer service, and they were responsive and helpful. It turns out that I was using the wrong charger! This was a clear case of user error, but the customer service team was very gracious helping me through my dilemma.

Now we are back in business, and I cannot wait for my next eye exam for my doctor to tell me how great my oil glands look!

Eye treatment

The mask heats up nicely and is comfortable. The solution for cleaning burns my eyes and I’m surprised that you didn’t create a solution that is not so irritating. It’s very difficult to use because of this. I will probably go back to using baby shampoo as that is not irritating at all.

I was told 15 years ago that I should start doing hot eye compresses and have basically spent the entire time since then feeling guilty for not doing them regularly enough. The barriers for me were the hassle of getting hot water, drying my towel afterwards, as well as irritating the sensitive skin on my nose. I used this three times the first day I had it because it was so pleasant and easy. My eyes feels amazing. On a whim I decided to get the whole bundle and right away I can see how much cleaner my eyelids are as well. Really excited for this to become a sustainable part of my routine, because my eyes really do benefit from the heat and loosening the gunk. Thanks for such a pleasant, spa-like solution to what was before a pretty annoying chore.
