Adjusting the Fit

Slide each compress through the mask strap and adjust to comfortably fit over each eye. Fasten the mask strap around your head and adjust for personal comfort.

Heating Sessions

Relax and enjoy the targeted heat treatment for 8–10 minutes with your eyes closed. Use 1 to 2 times daily, depending on the severity of your symptoms or as recommended by your doctor.

Cleaning

Optionally, place the provided mask cover over the compresses to keep them clean from oil and dirt. Wash the compresses or mask with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. Allow to fully dry before re-use.
