New & Unopened Products

You can return any new and unopened item within 30-days from the date of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the returned item being received at our warehouse. To qualify, products must be unopened and in their original condition, with all safety seals or packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you.

Used & Opened Products

We want you to feel confident trying Blinkjoy products. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items—excluding skincare or cosmetic products.

Used or opened products may be returned for:

  • A full refund as Blinkjoy Store Credit (never expires), or

  • refund to your original payment method, minus a $20 processing fee

For sanitary reasons, we never restock used or opened products—in most cases, we'll ask you to donate or recycle it instead. Please note, expedited shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Product Warranty

All Blinkjoy devices and masks are backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fabric or stitching defects (e.g., torn seams, detached straps, or padding that arrives misshapen or deteriorates prematurely)

  • Functional issues (e.g., device no longer holds a charge, won't power on, or faulty buttons that stop working under normal use)

If a defect is confirmed, we will attempt to repair the item or send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and issues caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under warranty.

We may request the item be returned for inspection. Warranty resolutions typically take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your item at our warehouse.
