I’ve tried several different heated masks and this one is a keeper! It heats exactly where you need it to resolve chalazions at home, without those super expensive IPL treatments. Within a few weeks my chronically clogged MGB glands started producing increasingly more tear film, especially when deliberately blinking after staring at screens for a few hours. I only wish I had an option to program for longer times, like 15, 30, or even an hour. A single 20 minute per day session doesn’t work, the sweet spot is about an hour a day. I use this mask at bedtime, and that seems like it’s enough to relieve my dry eye and MGB symptoms and keeps the chalazions at bay.
